  • Vehicle and case details: make, model, year, VIN, repair history, warranty information.
  • Communications: the content of emails, text messages, and calls between you and Seven Law Group.
  • Text message consent records: whether you agreed to receive text messages from us, and the date, time, and method by which you gave or withdrew that consent.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and how you navigate the site.

How we use it.

We use the information you provide to evaluate your potential case, communicate with you about it, deliver legal services if you become a client, and improve our website. If you consent to receive text messages, we use your mobile number to send the messages described in the Text Messaging (SMS) Terms below. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and practice, opposing counsel and courts as required to advance your case if you become a client, and government authorities when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging (SMS) terms.

If you consent to receive conversational and informational SMS from Seven Law Group, APC, you agree to receive text messages from us about your inquiry or case, including replies to your questions, consultation and appointment reminders, requests for documents, and case status updates.

  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to maintain commercially reasonable security practices.
